Volunteers needed: Fall Bicycle Counts!

The City of Somerville is currently looking for volunteers to conduct the fall counts! Knowing the number of people are using our streets and sidewalks, and how they are doing so, is an important part of planning for increased pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

The one hour of counting needs to take place between 7:15 and 8:45 a.m. or between 4:45 and 6:15 p.m. on one of the following days:

  • Tuesday, October 25 or November 1
  • Wednesday, October 26 or November 2
  • Thursday, October 27 or November 3

Volunteers are able and encouraged to do more than one hour and/or day if possible!
