Butterflies Are Teachers middle school youth from East Somerville Community School will be teaching a class on pollination to 2nd grade students as a Capstone to their semester long training in mentoring and teaching, using nature as a learning tool. Catch them on "Our School, Our City" describing their experience. This sixty minute segment will be featured on Channel 15, the education channel, on a rotating basis following the June 12th taping.

Special thanks go to our project sponsors for the 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 school years: The Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation and the Somerville Public Schools Community Service Learning Grant. Thank you also to our great teacher, Greg Cook!
