Doing some house cleaning? Moving and trying to get rid of stuff? Check out our Wish List and see if there’s anything you could donate to Groundwork Somerville! (It also helps the Earth, since that way we don’t have to buy it new.) Items in bold indicate high priority.

Gardening Supplies for South Street Farm & school gardens
Gloves (kids & adult sizes), trowels, cultivating forks, clippers, twine, watering cans, hoses, spray bottles, a wheelbarrow, scrap wood, storm windows, seedlings, big tupperware tote bins, tape measures
School & Crafts Supplies for our educational programming
Scissors, crayons, markers, scrap paper (old letterhead, old computer paper, etc.–we recycle like nobody’s business!), construction paper, glue sticks, pipe cleaners, paper bags, paper plates, outdoor thermometers, poster board, sheet protectors or plastic laminating sheets, old seed catalogs, compasses, magnifying glasses, butcher paper
Cooking Utensils for our after-school clubs and Green Team
Knives, graters, vegetable peelers, small jars with lids or small tupperware containers with screw-on lids, electric skillets, plastic serving spoons, plastic/lightweight cutting boards
Bike Gear for our Green Team
Working adult-sized bikes, bike helmets, bike locks (U-locks strongly preferred) with keys, bike lights, winter gloves, bike grease/chain oil, patch kits
