Groundwork Somerville

Come to the library and see “Our Garden Nature Guide-Nuestra guía de la naturaleza del jardín”, meet some of the young artists who did the artwork and the new nature discovery kit donated to the Somerville Public Library. This kit, that will be available to borrow from the library and includes our guide, a few hand-lenses, bug boxes and notebook to record your urban nature discoveries. Paula Jordan, teacher/naturalist for the Children In Nature Initiative will lead a walk to the Growing Center to do a garden scavenger hunt. Spanish translation will be provided. All our welcome!
